Real Estate Bill-2015
The Lok Sabha on Tuesday passed The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill, 2015 in the Parliament; earlier the Rajya Sabha had passed the bill on 10-03-2016.
The bill seeking to regulate the real estate sector, protect the interests of the property buyers against the unscrupulous developers, builders and promoters and bring in transparency in the transactions and seeks to set up the watchdog.
