CUT-OFF DATE FOR AKRAMA SAKRAMA PROPERTIES IS 19-10-2013


Those properties built/constructed before 19 October 2013 are eligible for regularisation as per the Akrama Sakrama Scheme, but it is still subject to the outcome of the Supreme Court order, as the Honest Tax Paying Citizens and Law Abiding Citizens might approach the Apex Court.

THE PROPERTIES BUILT/CONSTRUCTED AFTER 19-10-2013 ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REGULARISATION.

THOSE PROPERTIES ABOVE THE SET PARAMETERS OF DEVIATION/VIOLATION IN RESPECT OF

1). FAR 50% – RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES – 25% FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

2). SET BACK- 50% RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES – 25% FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

 

Those who have bought the illegal properties after 19-10-2013 will be severely affected.

Last Date to Submit the application forms is April, 2017.
