Came across the link above on your website and would like to point out that the Company is the lawful owner of the entire land of Provident Sunworth, which has been acquired from the rightful owners and developed as per all statutory sanctions & approvals issued by the concerned agencies. The independent scrutiny of the title documents by a reputed Law Firm before procurement and also by several Banks who have associated themselves for loans to the customers, are the testimony of the clean title.
In the wake of the malicious propaganda in a particular local TV channel, the Company has on its own submitted a detailed letter to the Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore South Taluk on 20th June 2016. We would like to clarify that neither any civil authority/department/agency has approached us for a clarification on the subject, nor the Company has been served with any Notice by any such agency in this regard. The Company as the conscientious organisation has itself approached the said authority, attaching copies of 21 relevant documents on the acquisition of the subject land and its development.
So kindly request you to remove the post as the information is incorrect.
