THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION IS CONDUCTING ANOTHER SURVEY IN THIS REGION TO MARK THE ENCROACHMENT OF A BUILDER, WHO IS CLAIMING TO BE THE HONEST SON ON EARTH AND WILL INITIATE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AND ANOTHER CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS U/s CRPC 133, FOR DISCHARGING EFFLUENTS INTO THE LAKE.
THE KSPCB, WHICH IS DUTY BOUND TO MONITOR THE DISCHARGE OF HIGHLY TOXIC EFFLUENTS INTO THE LAKE BY AN OFFENDER AND IS SLEEPING AND IT MUST IMMEDIATELY EXAMINE AND INITIATE APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE OFFENDERS.
1). Purvankara Elita Promenade apartment`s Compound wall is demolished and further assessment of encroachment is going on.

Encroachment of lake bed, buffer zone, raja kaluve, bandi daari, kaalu daari, gundu thopu and kharab is quite common and action either today or tomorrow is bound to happen.
Common man has an impression that if the property is sold by a Tier-1 builder (Credai or top builder) then it will be safe and even if there are any irregularities, they can fix it.
But it is NOT TRUE AND IT IS A MYTH!!!!!.
Every piece of land in India has identification (survey number) and all the measurements of the land piece is well documented.
Does anybody can encroach a lake in the above land record and get away?
Lake and other government land encroachments is very common in Bangalore but most of them will definitely come out and head for demolition in future.
Whoever is the builder, do not trust, do all the checks before buying.
