The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation(BMC) to issue eviction notices to unauthorized apartments of  Campa Cola residents in worli, Mumbai- action begins!  


The  BMC may  issue eviction notices to the residents of unauthorized floors of the Campa Cola Compound soon. The notices will come a day after the Supreme Court dismissed a fresh plea against the demolition of the compound.

The BMC is likely to plan a demolition strategy based on further developments and is also planning the demolition without disturbing the other occupants of the building and without structural damages to the existing building.

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA DID NOT YIELD TO THE HI FI PRESSURE AND TACTICS THROUGH FACE BOOK AND OTHER INTERNET SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKS, WENT THROUGH THE STATUTORY PROCEDURES GUIDED BY THE LAW OF THE LAND.
