10). SURVEY SKETCH.

11). HISSA TIPPANY.

12). VILLAGE MAP.(OFFICIAL)

13). FORM NO.9 AND FORM NO.10.(GRAMATANA SITES) ORIGINAL GRAMATANA AS PER VILLAGE & FORM NO.11 SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE EO FOR THE GRAMATANA SITES.

14). PASS BOOK.

15). NOC FROM THASILDAR UNDER PTCL ACT.

16). NOC FROM THASILDAR :FORM NO.7.

17). NOC UNDER 79A AND 79B OF KLR ACT.

19). UP TO DATE TAX PAID RECEIPT.

20). FAMILY TREE ISSUED BY THE REVENUE AUTHORITIES OR VA.

21). ENCUMBRANCE CERTIFICATE FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS.

22). PHOTO IDENTITY CARDS OF ALL FAMILY MEMBERS (IUD OR VOTERS ID), IF IT IS AN ANCESTRAL PROPERTY.

23). IF IT IS A RESALE PROPERTY- SELLERS INCOME TAX RETURNS.

24). O.S/WP/RRT- PLAINT COPY ( FULL FILE) & COMPROMISE PETITION AND ORDER (FULL FILE) IF ANY.

    where all thes documents have to be shown,wheather BBMP office or respective town municipal offices,
    because our site is in rajarajeswari town area,

    or this is only general information,

    regularisation act ,govt orders are yet to come….

  3. sir, i have a site in Thindlu village, that is Bullet krishnappa layout. i wanted to build the house and approached the bank for the loan. My site is Revenue land, converted to the sites, and we bought this site in the year 1991. the seller was a GPA holder. and we bought under khanushmari nos.
    Now the bank is asking for motherdeed. what is motherdeed and where do we get this. Our site comes under Bangalore North taluk, yelahanka Hobli, Thindlu village. kindly help us. before replying to the above quiry, please let me know your consultation fee.

      The mother deed is the main title document, where the origin of this property is traced. The property documents must be examined to find out, if it could be traced or not?

  4. DEAR SIR, WE ARE PLANNING TO BUY A REVENUE SITE NEAR SAMBHRAM COLLEGE IN MS PALYA. THERE ARE B KATHA SITES CLOSE TO MY SITES. 250 METERS IN DISTANCE. I HAVE CHECKED THE PAPERS WITH LAWER. HE ASKED ME TO GET SOME MORE PAPER. IF I GET THOSE PAPERS SHALL I GO FOR BUYING? OR LEAVE IT? THE REVENUE SITES SURVEY NO NOT IN BDA NOTIFIED LIST WHICH BDA RELEASED ON 2008.
    I NEED YOUR GUIDANCE BEFORE I AM GOING FOR PAYING THE MONEY?
