REVENUE SITES WITHIN BBMP LIMITS WILL GET KATHA SOON-GOVT


THE CABINET HAS PASSED A RESOLUTION TO BRING IN THE NECESSARY AMENDMENT TO KARNATKA LAND REVENUE ACT IN THE CURRENT PROCEEDINGS IN THE VIDANA SABHA TO REGULARISE THE REVENUE SITES WITHIN BBMP LIMITS AND COLLECT THE CONVERSION CHARGES AND IMPROVEMENT CHARGES.  THIS WILL PAVE WAY FOR THE ISSUE OF BBMP KATHA TO ALL THE REVENUE SITES AND THUS IT WILL GET REGULARISED.  THE GOVT NEED NOT WAIT FOR AKRAMA-SAKRAMA, WHICH IS YET TO COME OUT OF THE HIGH COURT.

BUT ILLEGAL BUILDINGS, BUILDINGS WITH VIOLATIONS AND DEVIATIONS TO BUILDING BYLAWS AND SANCTIONED PLANS HAVE TO WAIT FOR AKRAMA-SAKRAMA.  THE BBMP IS EXPECTED TO MOP UP AROUND RS1,500/- CRORES THROUGH THIS PROCESS.

    I have paid an advance for a site in Chikkabettali Village of Yelahanka within BBMP limits. The site is carved out of a 4 acre DC converted land. The builder says that there is a provision for paying betterment charges for the entire 4 acre land in BBMP and the builder has further bifurcated the property to form several sites. He says since the betterment charges are paid for the entire 4 acre layout, the BBMP will issue a bifurcation khata to my site. Will this be a approved ‘A’ khata site. I would really appreciate your suggestion on the same. Thanks in advance

    Thanks for the services ,however i would like to know is form 1 and form 12 are same like form 9 and form 10.
    recently i purchased a revenue site 1200 sq ft , the registration happen on sq ft basis, and aftre that i got Khata tarnsfer in which i got tax paid receipt ,form 1 and form 12.when i enquire about form 9 and form 10 they said both are same they have stop form 9 and form 10 and changed to form 1 and form 12, is it right.

  3. Hi, I would like to buy a land in Hulimangala. The builder is selling the plots (still it is an agriculture land) and also confirmed that it is panchayat approved and there will not be any issue to contruct on the agriculture lands. Can you please suggest me whether i can go for it?
